Who we are
This website is run by Pipeline Systems Ltd, registered office 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email sales@pipelinesystems.uk.
What we collect and why
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the topic you chose and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before a contract.
Your enquiry is sent to our business mailbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace. If email delivery ever fails, a copy is kept on our web server so that it isn't lost, and is deleted once we've handled it.
To protect the form from abuse our server briefly uses your IP address to limit how often a form can be sent. It isn't stored with your enquiry.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete them within 24 months if we don't go on to work together.

Analytics cookies stay off unless you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time with (also at the bottom of every page). If you withdraw consent, we remove the analytics cookies.
Other services this site loads
To display fonts and icons, your browser downloads them from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. Like any website request, this shares your IP address with those providers. They don't set cookies for this.
When you accept analytics, Google processes usage data on our behalf. Google may process it outside the UK under its standard data protection terms.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. We use these processors to run the website and our email: Google (Workspace email and, with your consent, Analytics), and our own hosting. If we're legally required to share information, we will only share what is required.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Email sales@pipelinesystems.uk and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
